Red Maple Soccer Club ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with our programs and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
When you register for our programs, we may collect the following personal information: parent or guardian name, player name, date of birth or birth year, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We may also collect health and medical information when required for participant safety.
We collect personal information solely for the following purposes: processing program and camp registrations, communicating important program updates, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, ensuring participant safety and emergency response, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Personal information is used only for the purposes stated above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Information may be shared with coaches and staff on a need-to-know basis for program delivery. We may disclose information when required by law or government authority.
We retain personal information for as long as you or your child remain an active member of our programs, and for a period of two (2) years following the end of your last enrollment, after which it is securely deleted.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, withdraw consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions), and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your rights have been violated.
